ForestEdge provides AI-powered lead generation services designed to identify, qualify, and deliver high-quality business leads to our clients. Our platform utilizes advanced machine learning algorithms, behavioral analysis, and predictive modeling to optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple advertising channels and social networks.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing model is performance-based, with costs ranging from $30 to $100 per replied lead, depending on the advertising channels and market research requirements. Payment is due only for leads that respond to your outreach efforts. All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

4. Lead Quality and Performance

ForestEdge guarantees that all delivered leads meet our quality standards and have been pre-qualified using our AI algorithms. However, we cannot guarantee specific conversion rates or business outcomes, as these depend on various factors including your sales process, product offering, and market conditions.

5. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of the leads we generate. All data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

6. Intellectual Property

The ForestEdge platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, remains the exclusive property of ForestEdge. Clients receive a limited license to use our services but do not acquire any ownership rights to our technology or methodologies.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about their business and target audience
• Responding to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of our services
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

8. Prohibited Uses

Clients may not use ForestEdge services for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Activities that violate third-party rights
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access our proprietary algorithms

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, ForestEdge does not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

ForestEdge's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. ForestEdge reserves the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, all rights and obligations cease, except those that by their nature should survive termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

ForestEdge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
